Syracuse lands a versatile athlete in three-star running back and linebacker Marlowe Wax from Baltimore. Wax has been on varsity ever since his freshman year at Mount St. Joseph High School. Wax broke out his junior season and finished with 138 rushes for 1046 yards and 17 touchdowns, averaging 7.6 yards per carry and 87.2 per game. Wax solidified himself as a powerful runner but also made his name known on defense as he played linebacker, becoming a tackling machine with instincts and range. His hard work and dedication caught the eye of Syracuse, a D1 athletic school, and earned a full scholarship. The scholarship and the environment from the school in New York helped in making an easy decision as he committed to the university. Now as a senior, Wax has one goal in mind: to become a champion. Accomplishing this goal will be another cherry on top as he prepares to take the college platform by storm.
